Evaluation
I think over all my experimental video turned out better than i hoped in some ways but in other i don't think it turned out well, this is because my initial idea, being the animatic is slightly different to my Installation piece this is because of difficulties i pointed out in my diary being, the stop motion pentagram and the sky shots but I think even though I had these problems the video turned out for the better furthermore when i tried to make the whole film black and white the video clips kept going distorted and blurry so after several attempts i gave up, I think the Concept for my piece remained the same, being dealing with personal loneliness and feeling like some one who your not, but I don't really think my concept is portrayed that well because to the casual observer it would look like a bunch of random clips but for some who 'think out side of the box' could potentially get what I was trying to portray but overall I still think the concept would be difficult to grasp but even with this though, I did not want the concept to be too obvious as this installation piece is incredibly personal and would have left me open for people to read which is not something I would like people to be able to do. I chose this concept above others because it was a way to express my self and personal feeling in a non obvious manner. My Installation piece was exhibited in college and at my hostel, i got mostly positive feedback but some of it was negative because people did not like the sound, this is because they either felt it droned on to long, was monotonic and, or creepy and some people did not Ike that even though people found my piece creepy that was the whole point of my video as my main inspiration about it is the short video in The Ring. If i had more time on piece i would have sorted out my sound properly instead of a piece i composed with in 5 minutes furthermore i would also, either make the film black and white, I take the time to saturate the piece to make the colour more dull, i think if i had done both of this my video would have been more successful and or better at least for me to elaborate further i would also put more time planning my exhibition. To conclude my video was overly successfully and i am pleased with the out come, most if not all my feedback was extremely helpful to me so i know where my weakness's are in making this piece.

Filming Diary 2- 11/11/2009
After i shot the sky for 5 minutes, i was about to pack the camera away but i saw a fly lying on he side obviously dying, so i decided i would record the fly twitching on it back for a few seconds. This would help with my video as it is something rather creepy and disturbing so a few people who view my video would be sickened by it so to speak.
I have decided to ue this shot instead of my stopmotion pentagram but i may still include a pentagram in my final video, i'm still deciding what is should appear like and how.

Filming Diary 1- 9/11/2009:
At approx 9:30 i shot scene 7 after some difficulty acquiring some lighting so i could light the bottom of the cupboard, after i played back the scene it is evident that i will needs to crop the scene quite a bit. Shot 3 and 8 were done shortly after as well without encountering a problem the only problematic thing was i destroyed or ruined the only picture of me and my sisters...

Koyaanisqatsi by Godfrey Reggio
- Has a very tribally look to it with shots of the Grand Canyon
- There is a rocket also pace of the scene changes
- Lots of destruction images and clips featuring Abandoned Building/Warehouses being leveled by explosives
- Ghetto like environment is also shown in juxtaposition with the city
- The visual images go back to footage of the rocket this time following it into the air until it explodes
Overview of Audio:
- The music starts quite but changes pace/tempo whilst the images get more violent like and over time the music will decrease pace/tempo when the scene becomes peace full again
- The only exception would be the last shot of the rocket again exploding, the music is the same tribal one from the beginning and has a juxtaposition with the footage on screen
To show new and old in a juxtaposition
- Also to show fast and slow
- Man-made and natural materials
- Opposites
